Pet Policy

At Villas we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome up to two pets per household, weighing no more than 80 lbs. individually or 80 lbs. combined (when full grown).  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a non-refundable $200 per pet fee and $300 refundable deposit for one pet or $450 refundable deposit for two pets.  Monthly pet rent is $25.00. Please ask us about aggressive breed restrictions.
